A Quick Guide to the Customer Portal
This video walks you through the Telehop customer portal. You will learn how to navigate the main dashboard, view your account balance and due date, access and download invoices as PDF, set up automatic payments with a credit card, update your billing contact details, and log out securely from the top-right menu.
Hello welcome. In this short video I'll show you how to manage your account using the customer's portal. It's very quick and very easy. You'll learn to view your bills, make payments, update your information, and view past invoices.
Start by going to the URL that will be provided to you by e-mail. The e-mail address associated to your account is the one you'll use to sign in. Simply enter your e-mail address and the password provided in that e-mail, then click Log In.
Once logged in, this is the first page you'll see — the main account page. Everything you need is right here. At the very top, you have your account code, your account balance, and if you have a balance owing, you'll see the due date right underneath — the exact date the payment needs to be made. You'll also be able to see your full invoice by clicking View Bill. You can download a copy as a PDF or save it to print using the Download PDF button.
To the right, you have your account details: the account name, the associated e-mail address, the service address, billing address, and the contact person's name, e-mail address, and telephone number.
Further down the page, you'll find helpful sections to manage the account. In the Invoices and Billing section, you can view and download your past invoices. Use the eye icon to view an invoice, and the download icon to save it. Your invoices are automatically organized with the most recent one on top. Each invoice shows the invoice number, billing period, due date, the amount paid or to be paid, and the status. You can also use the search bar to look up a specific invoice by number. To return to the homepage, simply click the logo icon or the Home button.
The next section is Payment Methods. Here you can manage how you want to pay your bill. On the right-hand side, you'll see your account balance, and you can click Pay Now to make a one-time payment. You can also add or update a credit card, or set up automatic payment by clicking the Add Card button. Once your information is entered, enable the automatic payment toggle. Automatic payment allows your bill to be paid on the same day each month, without needing to log into the portal. At the very bottom of this section, you can also view your payment history, including the payment date, the amount paid, the status, and the method of payment.
Going back to the homepage, the next section is Account Information. This gives you a quick summary of your account details. Unlike the read-only view at the top, in this section you're able to edit your information. Click the Edit Profile button to make changes. Note that some fields cannot be edited. You can update the language, the e-mail address associated to the account, the billing contact's e-mail address and telephone number, and the billing address. If you make any changes, don't forget to save before returning to the homepage.
The next section is Account Services. Here you can view your services and subscriptions. Each section can be expanded to see the details of your plan, including the status — whether it's active or not — the start date, a description of what's included in the plan, and the monthly recurring charges.
In the top right-hand corner, beside your e-mail address, there is an arrow. This gives you the option to go to your account information, change your password, or log out of the portal.
And that's it! Everything is organized in one place to make managing your account simple and convenient. You can log in at any time to view your balance, make payments, or update your information.
