Swift - register an account

Welcome to Swift Virtual Assistant. In this video, we'll walk you through the process of creating a new account to get started with our services. Begin by visiting beswift.io. Start by entering your first and last name in the designated fields—these are mandatory, so make sure to fill them in accurately. Next, choose a unique account name, which will be used to identify your account within the system. The domain field is optional, but if applicable, you can enter the domain associated with your organization or personal use.

Choose your preferred language from the drop-down menu. This will set the language for all communications and interface text. Enter your email address carefully—this will be used for important notifications and password recovery. Lastly, provide your contact number by first selecting your country code from the drop-down menu, then entering your phone number. This will be used for verification and account security.

Now that your account setup is complete, we’ll move on to selecting your billing options and estimating your monthly fees for Swift Virtual Assistant. When selecting a billing option, keep in mind that Production Builds activate your account immediately and include all charges: monthly subscription fees, equipment costs, setup fees, and long-distance calls. This setup is ideal for residential customers looking for a reliable home phone solution. You can even add users, such as family members, and assign each a phone number to stay connected.

Here’s a breakdown of the Swift HomePhone package pricing based on contract terms:

  • 2-year term: $9.95 per month
  • 1-year term: $9.95 per month
  • No contract: $9.95 per month

After choosing your billing option, you’ll receive a quick quote estimating your monthly fees. The base Swift HomePhone plan is available for $9.95 per month and includes essential features like a phone line with 911 access, fax and SMS capabilities, a speech attendant for call management, smart call filtering and forwarding, office phone extensions, and up to two web phone extensions for added flexibility.

Once you’ve reviewed your selections and are ready to proceed, click Next to confirm your order and accept the service contract. If you need to make changes, click Previous to adjust your selections.

Next, enter your service address, which is the physical location where Swift services will be active. Click on “Enter a location” and the address will autofill. Click Next once complete.

Choose your preferred payment method. If paying by credit card, payment will be processed automatically each billing period. If you choose invoices, your bill will appear both on your Swift account and in your email inbox. Enter your credit card information and click Next to complete your subscription.

After confirming, you’ll receive an email with confirmation details and your account credentials. You can now continue to the next video on how to log in.
