Support Ticketing - How to Register
Hi, and welcome to this walkthrough of the registration process for our new ticketing portal.
To get started, you have two options for accessing the portal. You can visit the Iristel website, click on the Support button, and then select Support an Inquiry, which will bring you directly to the portal. Alternatively, you can go straight to the portal by typing support.iristel.com into your browser’s URL bar.
To begin the registration process, go to the top right-hand corner of the page and click on Register. A few important things to keep in mind:
- You must already have an active Iristel account.
- Use a business email address to create tickets.
- Enter your Iristel account number as the registration code—this can be found on your invoice.
Fill in all the required information, check the boxes for “I agree” and “I am not a robot,” then complete the puzzle. Once that’s done, submit your registration form.
You’ll receive a confirmation message that your email address and name have been successfully registered, allowing you to create cases on the portal.
Shortly after, you’ll receive login credentials by email, which include your username and a temporary password. Keep in mind:
- The username is permanent.
- The password is temporary, and you’ll be prompted to change it the first time you log in.
Once you reset your password, you're all set! You can now sign in and start creating support cases.
