Support Ticketing - Support Ticketing - How to Register for g3/Telehop
Hi, and welcome to this walkthrough of the registration process for our new ticketing portal.
To register, you have two options. First, you can visit the **Iristel website**, click on the **Support** button, and then select **Support an Inquiry**—this will take you directly to the portal. The second option is to go directly to the portal by typing **support.iristel.com** into your browser’s URL bar.
To begin the registration process, go to the **top right-hand corner** of the page and click on **Register**.
A few important things to remember before you start:
* You must have an **active Iristel account**.
* You’ll need to use a **business email address** to create tickets.
* For the **registration code**, use the **main telephone number** associated with your account.
Once you’ve entered all the required information, check the boxes for **“I agree”** and **“I am not a robot,”** then complete the puzzle. After that, submit the registration form.
You’ll receive a confirmation that your **email address and name** have been successfully registered, allowing you to create cases in the portal.
Soon after, you'll get an **email with your login credentials**, which includes your **username** and a **temporary password**. Please note:
* The **username is permanent**.
* The **password is temporary**, so you’ll be prompted to **change it the first time you log in**.
Once you reset your password, you're ready to go. You can now **sign in and start creating support cases**.
